World leaders are developing scenarios of partitioning Russia, according to  the chairman of illegal Majlis, MP Refat Chubarov, from his interview to "First UA".

 According to him, in the current state of Russia is dangerous for them.

"Today, all over the world, there is no doubt among the leaders of all countries that not only the political regime of Putin is some kind of a threat to humanity, but that Russia itself, the way it is today, is a threat. A lot of "roll-back" plans appeared, some possibly unacceptable. There are lots  of projects on dividing Russia, so that there are no new threats, "- said Chubarov.
